Welcome to Michelina Condominium
The Michelina Condominium Association is a not for profit corporation. The complex was built in 2006 and is located at 420 Harding Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 with a total of 39 units.

The Association is professionally managed by Vesta Property Services.

Rental Policy

Please see Rental Registration Form and package. Summary: Minimum Rental 90 days. LEASE RENTAL REGISTRATION AND BACKGROUND CHECK FEE REQUIRED: $150. Association REQUIRES registration and payment of lease fees for all leases at least 10 days prior to occupancy.

Pet Policy

Two (2) pets, not exceeding a total of forty (40) pounds each, shall be allowed to be kept in the Unit Owner’s Unit. No other animals or reptiles are allowed, except small domestic birds and fish. Pit bull dogs are prohibited. Pets shall not create a nuisance. Pets shall not enter an occupied elevator unless those within give permission. PLEASE READ PET RULES AND REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Architectural Request Review Policy

Homeowners wishing to make changes that are not prohibited by the governing documents MUST submit their request in writing along with diagrams and certifications and specifications (when available) to the Board of Directors and/or Management for approval PRIOR to commencement of work or executing any contract.

Swimming Pool Information

Swimming pool and spa are open dawn to dusk in accordance with County Health Department requirements.
Clubhouse Rec Room/Clubhouse has kitchenette and also has some exercise equipment and steam room. This is available for private parties by prior reservation only: SEE REC ROOM RESERVATION FORM for more information and requirements.

Pest Control Responsiblities

Pest control is included in the monthly maintenance fees.
Water and Sewage Responibilities Water and Sewer are included in the monthly maintenance fees.
Fire Preventation Systems Full Fire Prevention Sprinkler System regularly inspected and monitored in accordance with applicable Laws.

Late Fee Policy

Monetary obligations incur late charge of $25 if not received by the 10th day after due. Delinquent amounts greater than 30 days will incur interest charges and may incur legal collections fees.
